That title may be a little early but it comes from a poem my husband’s uncle taught me. I am trying to help the warm weather feel welcome!
Please remember Bryan’s family. His dad’s mother, Carolyn Cochran, passed away. She was a member of Pleasant Ridge Baptist Church and was a very loving grandmother. Bryan will miss her very much. Even at six years old children, who love deeply, feel grief and sorrow. As you pray, pray for God’s comfort to surround them.
Thank you so much for all the can goods you have sent. We will be sharing them with those in great need. Let us not forget to thank God that He has blessed us so abundantly.
Bible Verse “S” will be due this Friday, March 7th.
Our newest turtle, “Swimmer” didn’t make it. But already we have had others offering to give us another turtle. We will let you know how that turns out.
Science Experiment Fridays has begun. The children are so excited. We may have a few scientist in this group. Isn’t it amazing what a future these little minds have ahead of them? I pray God directs their paths into His service with every step they take.
Remember us in your prayers and pray for the Peace of Jerusalem.
Cute picture of Lindsey and Robin!

Thank you for remembering to mention Mom. She loved Bryan and his brothers very much. She was able to spend a lot of time with them since she had retired and enjoyed every minute of it. Bryan sometimes still asks about our Dad (his Grandfather) who died in December 2005 and ‘Uncle Jack’ (who helped raise Matt and I while Mom and Dad worked) who died in April 2006. So yes, children that young do remember more than we think.
Thank you for the hard work you do with the children. Wish I lived closer so I could come by and help with the science experiments (I work in an environmental lab in Mississippi).
You are a blessing.
